Dust regularly and clean softly. Occasionally apply a stone protector. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals to keep your stone beautiful and lasting.

Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders above 200€. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. At checkout, you will be presented with delivery options relevant to the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, please email us at hello@uniiqostudio.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the package with insurance, as we do not provide refunds for items that are damaged or broken upon return.

Please ensure the item is carefully packed using the original shipping box and the packing materials provided with your order. Orders that show signs of use, scratches, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Our quality control team thoroughly checks each order before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition, and all orders are documented before leaving our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A full refund (including the product price and shipping fee for products under 200 euros) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
