Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the package with insurance, as we do not provide refunds for items that are damaged or broken upon return.
Please ensure the item is carefully packed using the original shipping box and the packing materials provided with your order. Orders that show signs of use, scratches, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Our quality control team thoroughly checks each order before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition, and all orders are documented before leaving our warehouse.
