The majority of our products are one-of-a-kind, meaning that the exact combination of stone, color, veining, and shape exists only once — exactly what you see in the picture.
This uniqueness is due to the natural origin of our material, that means the piece you own has never existed on this planet before and will never exist again. You are the sole owner of this one of a kind creation.

Yes, our online shop is currently open for orders within the EU and Switzerland, where you can place your order directly through our website.

We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours after confirmation. If your delivery takes longer than expected and this delay wasn’t mentioned in the delivery information, please contact us at hello@uniiqostudio.com with your order number.

Natural stone is a creation of nature, and each piece is uniquely crafted by Mother Nature herself. There is beauty in every (im)perfection, small cracks and holes may naturally occur.
Additionally, our products are handmade, which may result in slight variations in shape, color, or style.
The natural openings in our one-of-a-kind travertine collection, highlighted by visible minerals and crystals, add to its distinctive character, making it an exceptionally organic and captivating piece.

All our one-of-a-kind creations are marked as"One-Of-A-Kind" on the first product image. These pieces exist only once and will not be reproduced, each is crafted from a single block of stone and carries its own natural story.

Each piece is carefully and individually packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Using protective materials and secure packaging techniques, we prepare every order with the same level of care that goes into crafting it — so your piece reaches you in perfect condition.

Yes, of course. You can simply mark your order as a gift at checkout.
We will remove the price from the packing slip, and if you would like to include a personal message, we are happy to add it to a card, so your piece can be sent directly to the recipient.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our store or warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
This allows you to follow your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.

For home accessories, shipping is free within Germany for orders over €100 and within the EU and Switzerland for orders over €150.
Shipping costs for larger items, such as tables, are calculated separately due to their size and delivery requirements.

We offer a variety of secure payment options, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa.

We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturdays (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched on the same day, while orders placed later will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking details. Depending on the shipping provider, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to be updated.

We are truly sorry if this happens. While we take great care in packaging every piece securely, in rare cases damage can occur during transit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method, as we cannot accept returns that arrive damaged or broken.
Kindly ensure that the item is carefully packed using the original packaging and protective materials. Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed.
This is usually completed within a few business days, but may take up to 10–14 days depending on your payment provider. Please note that the time required to inspect your return is already included in this timeframe.
