Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local VAT. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid separately by the customer upon delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, please email us at hello@uniiqostudio.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the package with insurance, as we do not provide refunds for items that are damaged or broken upon return.
Please ensure the item is carefully packed using the original shipping box and the packing materials provided with your order. Orders that show signs of use, scratches, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Our quality control team thoroughly checks each order before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition, and all orders are documented before leaving our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A refund of the product price will be will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
